Vadim from VIP NOTARY SERVICES immediately answered my post, even though it was late at night. I contacted him the next day. He was pleasant, articulate, and accommodating. His rates were really reasonable. When he punctually arrived, he was very cordial and explained the process to us. He was quick, thorough and totally professional. I could not ask for any better service or more pleasant person.
