- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work for home buyers for free; while I represent you to the absolute best of my ability, I am paid by the seller. If you are a seller, I typically charge 2.5% of the purchase price. I have been known to customize a commission schedule in certain deals in certain markets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get to know the family and what they are looking for. I explain the current market pitfalls and how not to make mistakes by overpaying for a home. This can be tricky in a seller's market when there is little inventory.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my agent's license, which has been renewed until 2020. I am currently studying for the broker's exam. I have worked with some of the area's most prolific and successful top producers and have learned well the various aspects of the business. I have worked with several different real estate investors and flippers and love that part of the business. My current brokerage flips homes and condos, has a hard money lending fund for other investors in addition to helping clients buy and sell.
