Please accept this letter of recommendation in respect to the services provided by Dorcas Wheeler. When you need a Business Consultant, for a small job for a few thousand dollars or, a multi-million dollar job, the experience and performance of Dorcas Wheeler, on projects (to include her overall capabilities in general) cannot be matched. My experience with Dorcas has been that when there is an elaborate qualification process for the selection of a contractor/subcontractor (with her consulting on the project), she has consistently either met or exceeded all criteria as outlined under each requirement. To date, including her previous work at A1 Solar, performance on jobs by her continues to live up to the high standards set by herself as a consultant. Specifically, there have been instances wherein her work's performance has been used as a basis or model standard by which other consultants are judged. Factually, her performance has excelled in all categories, to include customer contact, safety, adherence to schedule, caliber of supervision, quality of material and workmanship, attention to detail and also of great importance, with price. I witnessed (in a most willing manner) the performance of extra work at reasonable pricing while continuing to make critical deadlines in a very fast-paced project. Most compelling is the depth of support buy-in she can engender from an entire team under her leadership. All team members speak the same language of dedication, commitment and customer care. Based on the above I would highly recommend Dorcas Wheeler on any project requiring exemplary service.

I was fortunate enough to find Dorcas available in 2012 when I was just restarting my plumbing contracting firm. To say I needed help in the office is the grand understatement. Well, being versed in Quickbooks, she soon had me looking at a financial statement, had things where they belong, and was instrumental in assisting me in gaining a focus in what direction I might go with my work.
