My wife & I recently had a Tenant move out of our Rental Home.....of 30+yrs. Our Rental Home was originally our 1st Home together, after getting married and becoming pregnant with our 1st daughter.So, this home was not just a "rental home" for us.We called in Maky Home Pro Construction to see if they were available for the task of completely renovating our Rental Home and make it "new" again. (Inside & outside....with all the latest moderns features, as well.) Macario responded right-away....as he always does.My family and extended family, have used Macario's services for many years now.....primarily with Roof and Gutter repairs & replacements. He's always been immediately responsive and exceptional good at his job. (and Fair pricing too !) He's now developed a great TEAM......Maky's Pro Home Improvement.After Macario''s assessment of our renovation project, his crew of 6, went to work at 8am the very next morning....completely gutting the whole interior of the house in one day !Now they had a fresh slate to work with. Macario and his crew stayed the course, finishing the project "on-time", thus allowing my wife & I to get new Tenants moved into, this essentially "new" Home.During the entire project, Macario kept us well informed of their progress and any other potential needs for the project. All of his crew were kind and respectful to be around. And Macario's sub-contractors were on-time and did a good job. Macario is well connected, after his many years in the trades.Both my wife & I are very happy now....and our new Tenants are thoroughly enjoying their new home, while planning their future Family together.A lot of our friends & neighbors watched the Renovation project as it progressed. Towards the end of the project, many of them took "tours" of the house with us. Several of them were so impressed, that they wanted Macario's contact information for their own Home Improvement projects.Needless to say, we highly recommend Macario and his Team, for any Home Improvement and/or repair projects you may have.You can't beat Macario's customer service and prompt responses. And the end result of their work is well done !

We received a referral to Mak for roofing and gutters on our new construction, after the previous job was done incorrectly. His team of six came out multiple days, arrived on time, super friendly, total pros. The coordination with the materials supplier was impeccable. The new roof looks fantastic and performs even better, the gutters work great and Mak even came out off-the-clock to correct one small detail. The price of the job was competitive, and worth every penny to be in such great hands for such an important part of the build. Whatever your project in Santa Rosa or west county, I can highly recommend Mak and crew for a job well done and as promised.

We just had a water pipe leak, and Macario was quick to reply, and quick to fix it! Hes very professional, and a hard worker.
