Leland Parks is the type of contractor you hope you run into. He responded to my request on this website in ten minutes. When he arrived at my house he looked at the two problems I had, told me what was wrong and fixed both in 1/2 hour. At the same time he explained to me how to find it the next time. Amazing character and a pleasure to deal with.

Lee figured out 2 problems in a Very reasonably short time with a short in the wiring both to the hot tub and then within the hot tub wiring system. He was good about keeping me informed about scheduling the 2 appointments, and telling me what he was doing and why. Now we have a working hot tub again.

Leland did a fabulous job addressing a problem with outdoor lighting THAT many had attempted over 30 years. I was skeptical but he was amazing, friendly and professional. We now have an outdoor porch light that works and also allows us to turn off lights in our home that were somehow all connected before. Took a while to write this. I wish I had posted it earlier. Leland did exactly what was needed plus he followed up to see if things were working properly. Our thanks!
