Glenn Filshie and his team worked hard to ensure that my remodel was a success and exactly what I was looking for. Glenn and his team have helped me on quite a few projects. Anything from custom bookshelves to complete remodels of my home. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I feel that my prices are very competitive and I try my hardest to make it work with all budgets. I may not be the cheapest but I am very detail oriented and my work shows that. There are budget friendly options but the more detail means more cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is very important for me to meet with my potential customers face to face to ensure that it’s the right fit for both of us. Once we meet face to face, preferably on site, I like to go over what they are looking for and then get them an estimate in a timely manner.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father was a state licensed contractor and I started working with him when I was just a young boy.
