- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I book lessons in sets of 4. Either once a week or every other week. Paying for them on the first lesson. If for some reason you need to skip a lesson we try and agree on a different day/ time to get together or I simply move the set over one week. My students get every lesson they pay for. I’m flexible and will try to work with changing schedules.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk about musical interests and then start to play.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Played clubs, concerts, and recorded for many years. 2 albums in Warner Brothers. Worked as a recording engineer and studio manager. Recorded 2 albums of Chris Issak, both on Warner Brothers. Worked with the producer Erik Jacobsen for over 7 years. Recorded an album with Buddy Miles. Other clients have included David Crosby, Marty Balin, and Ivan Nevill.
