A standout moment in his service was his approach to a challenge with the stair edging during the reflooring. The specific color of our new floor planks was rare, making it difficult to find a matching edge. He did not accomplish what was requested. I would never hire him again. I have already contacted Thumbtack for refund or may have to a chargeback with my credit card company. My Tennant called him friend to finish the job.
