Introduction: Clay Jackson Stables offers coaching from fundamental equitation to the advanced technical aspects of showjumping. Set in a private, quiet setting surrounded by vineyards, Clay Jackson teaches the American forward seat system for hunters, jumpers and equitation riders. With over 35 years of training many hundreds of horses, not only starting them, but also taking them through the upper level competitive circuit programs. Clay Jackson can provide you a wealth of information as a rider and/or horse owner well beyond the average "trainer" (riding coaches) so plentiful today! Clay Jackson derived his knowledge from a real "lifetime" of participation in the equestrian life. Born into a breeding, training and show family, it came natural to follow the business of horses! Showing and placing in 1965 as young 5-year old in "equitation" classes, later in the hunters and continuing now to compete in showjumping. Having trained extensively with some of the best in the world such as "Rich Fellers" 2012 Showjumping World Cup champion and Olympic team member, George Morris the hunter/jumper icon of this century to several of the world's elite jumper and dressage riders and clinicians of this century, Clay Jackson passes on this wealth of information in well-executed training program.
