I Victor Mudenda personally have found Ms. Irina Ribeiro as an outstanding Immigration Attorney. She is down to earth and takes each and every case at easy with patience. She is intelligent, humble and clientele oriented attorney. Right now, she is working on my case (H1B application) and has impressed my employer including myself the way she is uniquely handling my case. She is a perfect attorney that one can rely on. An application for a O-1 visa was needed, which can seem like a very difficult and complicated process for those looking to get one. Working with right attorney makes the difference. Ashkan made things so simple and easy, whereas others made it intimidating and complex. He's got super down-to-earth communication skills and talks to you like a friend while keeping it all pro. Just 2 weeks after my application was submitted, I was approved—need I say more? Raja Sandhu Founder

I found Peter's services online and took a chance. I had an Indonesian fiancé overseas and she had a daughter. I needed sound advice on the least punishing way to get them both to the USA so the three of us could start our new family. I made the right choice. Peter shaped the correct path for us to follow on the long and often confusing road through the American immigration system. He or his staff was always ready to resolve the numerous errors made by foreign embassies and incorrect data entries. He also never lost his cool over my emotional emails concerning the process and family pressure. I assure you. If you need an immigration attorney, he will get the job done.

My experience with attorney Joseph LaCome has been quite positive. I put up the “seed money” for an IPO for a mining company. A part of what he was doing, he went to Mexico to work on placer mining claims there. He actually got in the water, running a dredge, alongside his Mexican workers. He submitted his registration statement for the IPO on November 3, 2014. His registration statement for the mining company became effective on January 2, 2015. I.e., this attorney isn't afraid of work, knows what he’s doing, and gets things done.

I'm so grateful that I found Barbara in the bay area. This lady is all you need when it comes to immigration stuffs. She's straight to the point and 100% guaranteed that all your problems will be solved. I previously got rejected by another lawyer and I was very disappointed but after I met Barbara, everything seems to be a piece of cake to her. She helped me with my Green Card and my Naturalization process. I will recommend her to anyone who needs an immigration lawyer!

I filed an EB-1A petition two years before receiving my Ph.D. degree from Stanford. USCIS issued a 11-page RFE letter for additional evidence because I hadn't got my degree yet. I was devastated, and kind of regretted filing an immature petition that could ruin my future. I was lucky to meet Attorney Chen, who generously offered legal consultation to Ph.D. candidates in my school. She assessed the situation and promised to try her best in response to USCIS. I was totally convinced she kept her words after knowing she sent out more than 50 recommendation letter requests to professors and scholars around the world who never met me but cited my papers. 12 of them wrote back. In the end, I succeeded in the petition. I strongly recommend Attorney Chen to anyone looking for an immigration attorney. For people like me, first generation immigrant, there is too much at stake. You can't afford to screw up your legal status with some DIY project or unreliable source of information. You need a competent attorney who cares about your best interests like yourself. You deserve the expertise Attorney Chen provides and she is totally worth the money.

Prerna Lal made my experience to attain DACA very quick and easy. Amidst hiccups that we encountered Prerna was quick on her feet ensured that we responded to USCIS as quickly as possible. I didn’t feel like Prerna took my “case” as just a “case”. I highly recommend Prerna Lal to everyone who needs a dedicated immigration attorney.

My family was seeking permanent residence for my husband. I met Daniel Roten at a pro bono opportunity at a local community center, based on his assessment of our case, his obvious ethical standards and our own judgment we decided to hire him after saving some money. Starting from day 1 Daniel was clear, concise and explained circumstances and expectations in an expertise translated into layman's terms. I can tell you that I never felt alone and he made himself available and indispensable with his intelligence as well as dedication to my young family's precarious and at times scary situation. Daniel Roten is an exceptional immigration attorney as well as a true friend and tremendous human being.

Wayne's been working with my company for just about 2 years now. Started doing various partnership contracts for our Tech Startup, and now that we are funded, he's been doing immigration paperwork for some of our new hires. He's very, very, thorough and professional, very precise with his contracts. I've always felt very confident working with Wayne, I don't worry that things get missed, or that mistakes will come back to haunt me and my business. Peace of mind. That's what I like best about working with Wayne.

Anthony handled my case extremely well and professionally. He was a huge support for my case and was great with following up on interactions. He was able to explain to me where we stood on the case and was realistic about what the outcomes may be. I was beyond satisfied with his services and would definitely work with him again, if I needed his assistance.

I had a phone consultation with Chike to ask for advice on an immigration issue related to a TD visa (dependent for TN). He gave very sound advice and is obviously very knowledgeable in this area. Highly recommended. Thank you, Chike!
