FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It's important to shop around, especially if you have never used a professional groomer, or mobile groomer. Every business has different procedures, prices & services. You want to make sure the person you entrust to groom your pet has experience, can handle the situation safely, and will provide you with a positive result. Find out how much they charge, and ask them to explain the breakdown of time, or condition of the pet's coat, etc. There is a big fluctuation in price. so make sure you are getting a lot for your money. Also, it's good to find out what kinds of products they use to make sure it is something you approve of or your pet won't be allergic to. I'd also ask about their cleaning procedures, certifications, etc just to make sure everything is professional and current.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish my customers or potential customers realized how important it is to take care of their dog's grooming needs on a regular basis (certain cats too). Animals have always been my passion in life, and grooming is a huge part of keeping your pets healthy. Along with regular exercise, proper diet & veterinary care, grooming completes your pet's health routine.
