- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is hourly, $75 per hour. I will provide a revision free of charge for the first revision and any minor adjustments. Any discounts I can find through vendors who provide designer discounts I will share with my clients (this discount, if any, may vary depending on the vendor).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Discovery Call: This is a complimentary call to establish connection to the client and will help understands needs, preferences, goals, and timeline. 2. Initial consultation: A virtual or in-home consultation will be scheduled. We will discuss in-depth about your visions, challenges, and budget. We will also take measurements and photographs. 3. Proposal & Contract: A detailed proposal outlining the services, timeline, and pricing. Once approved, a signed agreement is required. 4. Design: Mood boards, layout options, 3D renderings, materials, furnishings, finishes, and lighting will all be selected here. We present everything for client approval. 5. Procurement & Project Management: Once our selections are final, we will handle the ordering, tracking, and communications between the vendors and contractors. 6. Installation & Styling: All fixtures, lighting and finishes will be installed by our contractors. Lastly, decor will be added to the space to tie together your home.
