- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project is priced by estimating the cost of the materials and labor to complete the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to speak to the customers over the phone to determine just what there requests are. This saves time and confusion. We can discus what will be the most convenient days and time to set up an appointment to meet with the customer and give them a price to do there job. Once we have met and know what the customer is asking for we will give them a written proposal by e-mail, or in person, or regular mail, which will establish the payment schedule and time frame to complete the work. We coordinate with the customer all work to be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was in the sheet metal trade for sixteen years before I started QualityArc Welding and Fencing in 1983. During the time I was in the sheet metal trade I was the Forman in the welding department for over 10 years at one of the largest sheet metal companies in the USA. Over 35 years of experience has been the instructor for our Education. The quality in our work speaks for our ability to do a great job.
