Introduction: I'm a former Pro Triathlete, NCAA Div. 1 Decathlete, and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists and have been coaching/training beginner to pro athletes to fitness enthusiast for over 25 years. Strength training means more to me than just writing training plans. I believe in individual development plans, taking into account each client's fitness level, goals, lifestyle, and schedule. I listen to my clients, sets realistic goals, and react quickly to change the plan when needed. I work collaboratively to develop each client's individual competencies, strengths, and hidden talents.

I initially didn’t understand or comprehend the need for coach. Keith McDonald gave me a different point of view and tools. With his help, I was able to recognize where I could improve myself while doing it the right way. Keith possesses every quality you’d want in a great coach. He’s bright, motivational, passionate, available at any time, disciplined, and hungry to get better. More importantly, he instills these same qualities in the athletes he interacts with. My only regret is, I wish I had found Keith earlier in my career.

I’ve worked with Coach Keith since 2013 and he’s helped me cross 7 Ironman and innumerable 70.3 finish lines all in good shape, including one of the hardest Ironman courses in Lanzarote. He has also trained me for stand alone marathons and half marathons and helped me achieve my marathon personal best. Sprint distance through long distance, he’ll get you there.
