FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing includes: - Sports nutrition advice - Lifestyle management and prioritization - Postural and core conditioning - Sport-specific programming Training package discounts are available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a client, we will discuss and evaluate athletic and/or fitness goals, needs, and how we can help. During the first consultation, we perform a Functional Movement Screen (FMS). This test helps our coach screen individuals for risk of injury and/or a dysfunctional or performance-limiting movement pattern. This will help our coach design the safest training program for the client/athlete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My coaching philosophy is to help you get the most out of your available training time. I don't believe in junk mileage or useless workouts. I believe every workout has a purpose and is designed to help you reach your goals. I always talk about "the process,” as a philosophy that emphasizes preparation and hard work over results alone. It’s critical that the client/athlete understands how and why improvements are happening. That’s why I often tells my clinets/athletes to trust the process and the results will follow.
