FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies with on-going work. I also give reduced fees for bundled services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My basic approach for video production: Making a good video means clear communication. Often clients have never made a video before and dont understand that its a process that involves many different steps. I will send you a package that clearly describes the process. There are many factors involved in making a video and if you dont have a creative brief, I can assist with that. We will discuss: length of video, set, assets, dates, images, broll, lighting, audio, green screen, VOs, etc. Clients that are in the area often like to meet face-to-face. Others prefer to speak by phone or use emails. In any case, making myself available to you is my priority. Will you need a script? Every script tells your story but your story needs to be unique. By researching similar companies or products, we get a sense of what is already out there and how to make you stand out.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years experience includes broadcast radio and TV reporting and anchoring. As a talk show host at a major SF station, I learned what I consider my greatest asset - how to listen.
