- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the needs of the client. I offer a variety of services so my prcing is reflective of the skills being used to deliver a package that fits the specific needs of my clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters degree in Business Administration and Accounting which I keep fresh and relevant by taking at least two continuing education classes each month. I am a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor. I belong to the American Institute of Professional Bookeepers working on getting my Certified Bookkeeper certification. I am a CTEC Registered Tax Preparer participating in the IRS's Annual Filing Season Program.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been very good with numbers so accounting was a natural fit. The more I worked with the numbers in accounting the more I was able to spot anomalies. Then it became a challenge to use the findings from the anomalies to develop new policies and procedures.
