The band did an amazing job. Our event was for 1000+ people in San Francisco. The band played from 10pm to 1am and the crowd could not have been more energized and excited. The band was extremely professional and flexible with venue and event requirements. Highly recommend them for future events!
Love the versatility of the band and how you can play various genres of music. We also really enjoyed the dance routines that band performs with the songs - this is truly unique to FSE and all our guests loved it!
The Band is exceptional! The Guitarist and lead singer is like nothing you have heard before! The whole experience with The Mike Osborn Band was AAAAAAAA++++++++++ Will hire again, and again!!
Kiefer is an amazingly talented pianist. I hired him off of Thumbtack to play the piano at my wedding reception. I was nervous because I wanted someone who could play classical very well, but also indulge us with rock, contemporary, and soundtrack covers. Kiefer can do IT ALL and MORE! He not only did a great job playing everything on our list, but he also played back up accompaniment to my cousin who is a singer. She is in a band and was very impressed by his skill. I would highly recommend Kiefer to anyone who wants a pianist that can play it all, giving something to everyone through his gifts and talents. He is reliable, gracious and gifted. Thank you, Kiefer!
Chick Jagger rocks and so do The Falling Rocks! If you love the Stones you can't not love this band. As a plus, they play a great mix of other tunes you will undoubtedly enjoy and the drummer truly rocks (as do the other band members). Go see what you've been missing!
Mike's band is fantastic! From start to finish, I felt I was in good hands. Mike and his band did jazz music at the brunch reception for my wedding. All the musicians are highly experienced and professional. Their music was a true highlight, setting an upbeat, jazzy ambiance for all of the guests (including myself!). They accommodated my music requests, were responsive on messages beforehand, offered a great price, and were a pleasure to work. Thank you very much to Mike and his band for making my wedding reception so special!
Martan has been doing a wonderful job teaching my teenage son jazz piano for the past few years. Martan has a proven approach starting at the basics and advancing to very sophisticated techniques at a pace the student can handle. The techniques my son is learning are also directly applicable to playing jazz on other instruments such as the saxophone that my son also plays in his school band.
Friends, I own the Capitola Mercantile. Ive known Steve Neuman and his band members for many years. They play at my Annual Nathans Day Even at Capitola Mercantile for adopted kids. They play at Cava Wine bar in Capitola Mercantile. Steve and the jazz kitchen are fun, creative. I always leave his shows with a big smile. Peter Dwares

Isaac and the Haze is a fantastic dance band! They were really the perfect entertainment for last two parties of about 60 people each. We hired them because some of our co-workers had heard them play at the Crow's Nest in Santa Cruz. The guys arrived about an hour early to set up their sound equipment and were ready to play right on time. Isaac, the lead singer, plays a keytar and electric cello. He has a great voice, with a big range of emotion, and really engaged the audience in between songs. The lead and back-up vocals were great and consistently held up against the big beat of the band. Other band members played lead guitar, bass, drums, and keyboard. I was worried that their 5-member band would overpower the relatively small venue, but the sound levels were perfect, and they didn’t blast us to the back of the room. There were 20 or more people dancing all the time, including young kids and a grandma in her 90's. We really liked the numbers they performed, which were mostly covers of R&B music from the 2000's, like Bruno Mars’ 24K Magic, DNCE’s Cake By The Ocean, Maroon 5’s Moves Like Jaggar, and works by Justin Timberlake. You could tell the band members were all having a good time too and enjoyed what they were doing. Great music! Great entertainment!
The Ghost of Wrights is a folk rock band from California's Santa Cruz Mountains. Founded in 2010 by guitarist Nate Nauseda and dulcimer player Cody Franks, GOW quickly grew from an acoustic duo to a full-on, electric rock quartet, with the addition of Andrew Martin on bass and Brandon Otto on drums. The Ghost of Wrights has become a local favorite, regularly playing in Santa Cruz, San Jose, and San Francisco. GOW pride themselves on writing songs that are original, danceable, and catchy, yet evocative.

From 1965 to 1973, I performed and took on the leadership with my rock band called Yellow Brick Road, located in the San Francisco Bay Area. At that time, my band enjoyed performing alongside some well-known groups in the San Francisco Bay Area. During 1974, after many years of performing with Yellow Brick Road, I moved to South San Jose. At that time, I decided to continue my passion for music and form a band with my own family and felt that it was only appropriate to call my new band "The Family." While forming a family band, My Family band performed all around the Bay Area for many years. That included the following: - The Policeman - Ball in the late 1970 While Diane Feinstein was a guest speaker on that special night, that was pretty cool.
We are a country band who will get you up and dancing. We put on a show complete with lights and 4 hours worth of non-repeat music.
@Jazz prides ourselves in 4 key areas. 1. Quality of music. We are all trained musicians and have been playing together for many years. 2. Professionalism. We'll be on time and ready to play based on your event requirements. We know how to work with events and will make sure that sound, volume, and styles of Music's will complement your event. 3. Affordable. We can work with most budgets. And, if you are a non-profit, we'll work especially hard to meet limited budgets and can on special occassions donate our services. 4. Our style of music is great for events and clubs. While we play jazz, we don't just have a bunch of guys playing stuff from a book. We play many originals as well as our own contemporary arrangements of songs.
