April is very easy to connect wth, April has a wealth of knowledge and is a terrific listener. April wants you to be happy with your garden through her designs. April has very creative ideas using a variety of materials, and in our case implementated over a period of time. I would and have highly recommended her to others. Eileen

Of all the people I interviewed to help me move from front lawn to drought tolerant California natives, April was the most inspiring and delivered a front yard that everyone who sees it admires...especially me! I asked for blooms and fragrance...April gave me those two in a wonderful variety. She also designed dry river beds, mounds of raised planting, so that everything was not the same height. My front yard is fantastic and I get compliments all the time. Go, April, go!!

Two years ago I moved to a new home on three acres. In addition to being over grown with non natives and weeds, there was a serious drainage problem causing flooding in the bottom floor of the house. I was overwhelmed and did not know where to start. April quickly drew up a general plan for the whole property and a detailed one for the hillside with the drainage issue including swales, burms, walkways and plants. Her installation team was incredible and we all worked together to create a beautiful, functional hillside with no flooding. April is fun and easy to work with and goes way above and beyond.
