- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In general, pricing almost always correlates directly with the size of the group entending to be trained. We include all costs into our upfront pricing (usually after having an approximate headcount of participants) and that will be the final cost. No hidden charges for certification cards or class location.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our instructors are all professionals in the medical field and practice what they preach on a daily basis. We are in tune with what it takes to deliver the most successful life-saving techniques.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common classes we teach are BLS for Healthcare Provider and Heartsaver CPR/AED with First Aid. We specialize in group training and have taught the skills of CPR in all settings; from dental offices to department stores and every other group in between.
