FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a number of payment options, including hourly rate, flat fee, and a percentage-based fee structure for some entertainment projects. Want the benefits of having an attorney on staff, but not the expense? We also offer customized In House Subscription plans for a low-monthly fee (price based upon your needs) that allows us to be available to meet your needs, as if you had your own in-house counsel.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I regularly attend relevant continuing education classes to stay up to date in my areas of expertise. I have also taught an online entertainment law course at St. Francis School of Law that required supplementation in areas that I normally do not practice. Thus, I am ever expanding and evolving my current practice to incorporate new and evolving technology and law
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Typically the most common work I do for my clients is contract review and drafting and entity formation. I review client contracts and point out issues of concern for the client to broach in negotiations, whether with a studio, production company or producer. I also draft contracts for various entertainment and business clients that range from releases, simple vendor agreements, to detailed contracts. Entity formation, drafting and filing the appropriate paperwork is also a large part of the standard work I do.
