I am very pleased with the work done by Hic builders. Our initial contact was Josef. He came out and gave us a fair price to replace a wood fence, patio cover, and deck. Materials were sourced and brought in without delay despite supply shortages. My dad is a civil engineer and he noted the wood to be of good quality. He and his workers showed up daily, on-time until the project was completed. Every day the work area was left tidy and cleaned up. We live in a townhome. The only access to the backyard is through the front door and living area. His team covered our furniture and flooring. We will definitely call on Hic Builders in the future and recommend others to do the same.

We completely renovated and remodeled our detached garage & studio into a permitted ADU with 2 bedrooms, a bath, and a full kitchen / great room (living room) in Semi Valley.We had an excellent experience with Dan and his team. From the beginning, Dan was incredibly helpful, professional, and courteous with our budget. We are absolutely delighted with our entire experience as we found the whole team professional and transparent. We appreciated the advice and recommendations Dan gave us on what to splurge on, and when to hold off on spending for something that may not be worth it.Dan was at our project site weekly, checking on progress, and details, preparing us for what was coming next, and when to order the necessary cabinetry, tile, hardware (etc). He was on top of all the logistics and details. Very communicative, and available when we needed him. He listed what was important to us and truly helped us bring our vision to life.

I hired HIC Builders, general contractors, for a backyard landscaping project about a year ago. Abraham and the HIC team did a great job. When I needed my roof replaced due to some serious termite damage, I went to the company's website and was pleased to see they also had roofing services. The house has a Spanish-style tile roof which required a bit more expertise to remove the tiles so that all of them wouldn't have to be replaced. I worked with Abraham again on this project. He was very professional and answered all my questions regarding the materials to be used and the re-roofing process. He also helped to coordinate the timing of the roof repairs with the terminate fumigation company to minimize additional damage to the roof. The only issue was a little delay in getting the crew back after the fumigation and the final site cleanup but everything was all completed. Although I won't know the effectiveness of the roof repairs until it rains this winter, I was very pleased to work with Abraham and the HIC team again.

Initially, finding a reliable construction company for our home proved challenging, given the scarcity of reputable options.
