Alan Damien's Guitar Lessons

I teach all levels of guitar on Electric and Acoustic... Rock, Blues, Metal, Punk Rock, Pop, Folk and Jazz! I am a guitarist, singer and a songwriter. I am proudly endorsed by my friends at Mesa Boogie Amps and Ernie Ball Strings and MusicMan Guitars. My love and persistence with music has sent me all over the world several times on tour with my band. I have been featured 8x in Rolling Stone Magazine, Classic Rock Magazine, Guitar Player, Kerrang, Revolver, Total Tattoo and 100s of others. Thanks to you guys I was named as one of the best guitar teachers on Thumbtack in 2015 and 2016. So thank you everyone !! I am very patient and love teaching new students young and old. Even if you have never played before, I can guarantee you that you will notice a BIG difference. I can teach you chords, scales and how to solo. I can teach you how to write songs and also help you with your band and moving forward in your music career! I can show you several shortcuts to get better fast! These tricks will help you understand what and why you're doing what you're doing. It will help you a lot with songwriting too. I'm really searching for ways of opening up my songwriting and creating something that's interesting for myself! Patience and Persistence I think anyone that wants to learn an instrument should look at a teachers background and see what they've done with music themselves. Also to see if this is the type of person that's good at communicating and making a student feel comfortable developing their art. It's a labor of love! Do it because you love it and if you put the time and love into something youre genuinely interested in it'll happen faster! My group and I just toured Europe for 2 months! I finished a major recording project last year that's had quite a bit of success I am currently writing music for film placements and doing session work ! I am a very patient teacher and have shortcuts that can make learning guitar so much easier you think. Music in it's true form is art and I think It's a beautiful thing to be able to really connect with it! there's nothing more fulfilling than being proficient with your art. I have been blessed to do what I love. I have toured and played shows all over the world and can show others how to succeed as well!
