FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project starts with a free, no-obligation inspection and a detailed written quote with clear, line-item pricing — no surprises and no pressure. Our pricing depends on your attic's size, access level, and the specific services needed (insulation removal, cleaning, air sealing, rodent proofing, etc.). We offer flexible financing including $0 down and 0% APR on qualifying projects, plus PACE/HERO property-assessed options. We'll also help you take advantage of available federal tax credits and rebates for energy-efficiency upgrades.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's simple, transparent, and stress-free. First, you call or submit online and we schedule a free, no-obligation inspection — often the same day. Next, our technician assesses your home and delivers a detailed written quote with upfront, line-item pricing. Once you approve, our certified crew completes the job efficiently and cleanly, laying down protective coverings and leaving your worksite spotless. Most attic jobs are finished in a single day, and you start saving on energy bills right away. All work is backed by our 5-year warranty and satisfaction guarantee.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is made up of certified technicians who undergo continuous training on the latest attic science, insulation, and HVAC standards. We are CSLB licensed and fully insured, and hold the proper certifications for specialized work such as asbestos duct removal and crawl space encapsulation. With 15+ years of combined experience, our specialists stay current on building codes, energy-efficiency requirements, and proper R-value standards for Southern California homes.
