FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fees are competitive. When a client signs up for a PR program, we offer a discount for a 6 or 12-month contract. A PR contract is based on a retainer fee, which is due at the beginning of each month. If we are developing a website for a client, a normal contract stipulates that payments be made in two or three segments - at the start, after a first review and upon completion and sign-off.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost, it is critically important to identify the stories behind the company or individual that will resonate with the media and consumers. The client needs to know and understand that what we do is equivalent to a marketing campaign directed at media and end-users. In a PR program, we identify those stories and build out a month-to-month activation campaign that will expose the brand to a wide audience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree from Missouri, considered to be the top journalism school in the country. In addition to being an award-winning journalist (sports, business, lifestyle), I have run communications agencies for 20+ years. We have successfully executed programs for 300+ companies and brands in the areas of fashion, film, music, sports, hospitality and non-profit.
