Benjy and his team did a spectacular, excellent, amazing job in settling my case. We started off at 1 lawyer who didn't even request the police report for 5 months, then were referred to another law group who barely got any work done for 2 years!!!! Then he had the audacity to not even tell me what the initial settlement offer was and tried to sell me on actually going forward with the litigation.. which means out-of-pocket for me. I told that lawyer to spare me the hassle (but in French). That's when I was referred by some distant family friend to Mr. Benjamin Smith. Not only was his team able to settle with the other party AND the insurance companies in a few months and get my wife and I P-A-I-D...DDDD, but he has also been extremely friendly and able to answer all my questions thoroughly and point me in the right direction all throughout the process..
