Benjamin Smith was referred to me after being struck by a car while riding my motorcycle. I had never hired a lawyer to represent me before, which made me apprehensive about the process, but looking back, I believe hiring Benjamin Smith was the best decision I could have made.From the first meeting to the conclusion of my case, Benjy and his team did everything they could to ease the process. Along with Aaron, my case manager, and a few others that assisted with my case, Benjy and his team kept me informed and up to date on everything that was happening. Even when I called them, they always made time to answer any questions I had.Now, I don't know much about lawyers, but Benjy certainly seems to know his stuff about the law. He broke down some tricks of the trade that he would use to ensure a proper settlement would be reached that would maximize my compensation.And he delivered!I had heard from friends that things like this could take a year to resolve. However, about two months after the accident, Benjy called to tell me we had won the case. My expectations walking into it were simply to get my bills covered, but thanks to Benjy's aggressive approach, I walked away with bills covered as well as a substantial sum for myself, which, let me tell you, was well received after going through such a traumatic event as a motorcycle accident.Benjy is a top-notch lawyer, and has a great team supporting him. I certainly hope that neither myself nor any of my loved ones are ever involved in another accident, but if that dreadful day does arrive, the only person I will turn to for representation is Benjamin Smith.

Benjy and his team did a spectacular, excellent, amazing job in settling my case. We started off at 1 lawyer who didn't even request the police report for 5 months, then were referred to another law group who barely got any work done for 2 years!!!! Then he had the audacity to not even tell me what the initial settlement offer was and tried to sell me on actually going forward with the litigation.. which means out-of-pocket for me. I told that lawyer to spare me the hassle (but in French). That's when I was referred by some distant family friend to Mr. Benjamin Smith. Not only was his team able to settle with the other party AND the insurance companies in a few months and get my wife and I P-A-I-D...DDDD, but he has also been extremely friendly and able to answer all my questions thoroughly and point me in the right direction all throughout the process.. THANK YOU BENJY.Thinking about suing someone? Get yourself someone like these guys and get PAID.
