I never thought I needed a trainer before, but after working out with Jason for the passed few weeks I'm really glad I hired him. I've not only been consistently sore in places I never really workout on my own, but I feel like I've learned a lot about the science of how our body works with nutrition and exercise because he has an explanation for everything and is very knowledgable. His workouts are different every time and you always leave exhausted in a good way. All around a really cool dude and genuinely takes interest in your life and helping you reach your goal.

So grateful to be able to work with Jason at Motiv-8 Fitness. I was coming off of a back injury & surgery when I started working with Jason a little less than a year ago for personal and group training. I was eager to get back to the fitness level I was at before my back injury, but scared at the same time (I was working with a different personal trainer when my back injury occurred). I felt that in order for me to get back to the emotional and physical fitness level or better, I needed to work with someone who had my best interest at heart as well as an extensive knowledge about our human bodies and nutrition. Jason's degree in Exercise Science and dedication to his own wellness has not only helped me get back to a fitness level that is healthy for my lifestyle, but has also given me a different kind of appreciation towards fitness and nutrition overall because he shares the same dedication with his clients. His customized personal and group training sessions can cater to all fitness levels, and as is the case with me, to all personal/physical challenges that need to be considered!

Jason is a great trainer. I've only been working out with him for 2 weeks, but every workout is different and he does a good job targeting the workout to my fitness level and weaknesses. I'm really happy I hired him and I recommend him.

I’m beginning my 3rd week of training with Jason Rudnick now. I feel so much better overall and I’m looking forward to my results down the road. I was always tentative about hiring a personal trainer. Aside from the monetary investment, I always felt a bit intimidated and looking for that “magic pixie dust” that would take the work out of weight loss. I’ve finally come to accept that it really will have to take effort and determination on my part to meet my goals. That’s where Jason comes in. Jason really helped me buy into the reality of weight loss and strength training at my level while still pushing me on to next. I signed on to have him design a meal plan tailored for me to help achieve my goals in tandem with the training. His approach is very personable, making my journey actually enjoyable. He gives me the raw truth but without disregarding my dignity. If asked for my opinion or recommendation, I would highly recommend Jason. He gives you hope and a fighting chance and reaching your end goal. I'm excited about seeing my results at the end of my first month. While I already see and feel noticeable changes, I know that at month end it will be even that more visible.
