- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The sessions come as singles or discounted packages and are transferable. Missing or rescheduling an appointment is not charged or counted as long as a 24 hours notice it's been sent. In Person or FaceTime Training sessions: 1 - $100 5 - $450 (save $50) 10 - $800 (save $200) 20 - $1500 (save $500) Online Training Custom workout program - $100 Meal plan or nutritional literacy - $75 Nutrition and Workout program - $135 Online Coaching - $300 for the 1st month. $150 on going (Includes all the above in combination with an action plan plus the aditional 30 min call with me every week where we asses and and adapt along the way until we reach our goals) Stretching & Myofascial Release sessions 1 - $110 5 - $500 (save $50) 10 - $880 (save $165) 20 - $1760 (save $440) Keep in mind the price you pay is just face value, while the real value is changing your life.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Consultation - We get to know each other while finding out what is you need and how can I help you achieve it. 2. Physical assessment and light workout 3. We develop a plan of action and we both stick to it until we achieve our goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
First Certified by the National Personal Training Institute with hands-on training experience specializing in the National Academy of Sports Medicine OPT Model and then followed by ISSA certification in Nutrition.
