I love seeing people excited about their changing/ changed bodies and knowing I was a part of that process. Weight loss is not just physical, it takes a lot of mental strength as well, and conquering that battle is something to be proud of!

Haley did an outstanding job as my personal trainer at Snap Fitness.We had 4 one hour sessions together. She was on time and always happy, ready to work. She is knowledgeable and was very encouraging and patient with me. This was my first experience with a personal trainer and I appreciate everything she taught me.

I took a bootcamp class from Haley and it was awesome! She was very professional and yet personable and she really kept us moving the whole time. It was totally worth the money and I would do it again!

Haley helped me get a workout program started for burning some of my fat and gaining muscle. I am very happy with my results. She gave me several new exercises to work on and a way to focus on specific body parts/target areas.

I've worked with Haley on & off over the past year. Currently I attend small group training, this is a first for me! It's fun to have others to work out with while learning the how to make the most out of my workout. Haley encourages me all the way! She also reminds me to breath, use my core, push through to the end. I have become stronger, leaner & accountable since I've been working with Haley Stamer.
