After researching for a divorce lawyer for several days, I found Robert Greenberg. What stood out to me was his passion to help people more than a passion for billable hours. From the start, he explained the divorce process, what his responsibility was and how he billed. I was impressed by his professional ethics and how he sent me a financial accounting every month. After listening to my concerns and frustrations, he was very gifted at sifting out the main points and streamlining my case. He was straight forward about issues that were not viable in Court or were viable but to what end, and would offer options, so that I could make a wise decision on whether to spend money or not. I really appreciated walking away from a meeting feeling that he had my back, and that was worth its weight in gold. I knew I could call him if an emergent situation were to arise. He attended a custody mediation where I was told to sign papers but Mr Greenberg would not let me sign until he read it. Had I signed it as written, I would had to move out of my house, which was and is not necessary. I'm so grateful he was there. I like Mr Greenberg's energy, professionalism and integrity. If you are looking for an attorney who keeps his cool (and yours) both in and out of Court, I highly recommend him. And my favorite part, he is compassionate, even while working towards your best outcome.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do free consultations (either by phone or in person) to ensure that a prospective client has all the information he or she needs to make an informed decision. Think of it as a test run.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My main objective is to make sure the client is advised of the process. Family Law is very complex and very emotional. It is important that the client understand the landscape ahead. I make sure I answer every question and help the client navigate a difficult time in their life.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from law school in 1989, was admitted to the bar in 1990 and have over 25 years experience in family law.
