Overall was able to make an appointment immediately and was followed up via phone call to push it back and tell me when they’re coming and what not. Guy arrived was super nice and on top of it. He of course gave the price before he started but it as so expensive.. look about 2 hrs or less total from when the guy arrived to full6 set up. I had bought my whole water softer for about $300 online but I could have never imagined how expensive it would be to just install the water softener…. Has to be a joke. Not sure how much they would’ve charged for other services but just for the price alone, I would find another company. For such services it’s hard to price shop cause all that’s listed was the service fee which makes sense. But if I had the equipment why overcharge me so much. Imagine I move tomorrow, would I pay that much to remove and then thaT same price to reinstall it?? Insane, felt like they gave any high price to see if we’d pay it.
