FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our goal is to make accessible affordable professional financial advice to all regardless of how much you have. We give discounts to seniors and military clients. We also give a 10% discount to all of our returning clients. Our base prices are $75.00 for an average return filing single not self employed and no Schedule E entries or itemized deductions. For a return with either schedule C or E with nominal amount of work the price would average $125 - $150. These can go up or down based upon how much work is actually needed. But I will always honor the estimate given, will never be more without your consent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an organizer that has questions relevant to your taxes. This allows us to identify possible tax savings as well as tax planning that would be beneficial to you. We then prepare the return(s) to present to the client before filing. During tax season we make ourselves available from 10AM - 7PM PST. Our Secure Portal is available to upload or download documents 24/7.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have expertise in bookkeeping, business formation, process service and state filing requirements. Every year we go through extensive education to support our designations of enrolled agent, CFP™, and licensed Insurance agent.
