- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do like to give a special discount to new clients that are ready with their documents to be included in their tax returns. Most of my quotes do not include any bookkeeping. A 15% off will be given to new customers, and a 10% off for returning clients who have all documents ready.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to delve into the person's tax filing background to get a full picture of how to proceed with current filings. It's important to get the most information about a new client and their past dealings with the IRS, their family etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Annual IRS reviews. As a CTEC course in which keeps me up to date on all new laws and added forms.
