I found myself in a tax situation I had never encountered. Tony was highly responsive every time I asked a question. His service was incredibly prompt and he was honest about his estimate. I must say at first I was afraid of having my taxes done from out of state
Tony was a fantastic-person. Super easy to work with. He went over and beyond his job. He was able to get me a very great refund. I didn’t get any stimulus checks from our so called government but Tony was able to help in that department and got my stimulus checks added to my refund. Thank you so much Tony. I would highly recommend his work. If I could give him a 100 stars I would but unfortunately the top you can give is 5.
Tony will be my tax person from here on out.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Quoting tax returns depends on the complexity of the return. I would not charge a client that has 1 W-2 that same that I would charge a client that has rental property, owns a home, etc. I am very fair and honest with my prices. I do not want to make a killing so to speak - just an honest living.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will let the client know of my experience, education, and let know what to expect. I am willing to answer any questions that they may have. I am very honest and people can notice that right away. The customer is very important and I make sure that they are treated as such.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As an Enrolled Agent (EA) I am required to take a minimum of 24 hours of continuing education each and every year. These hours include important changes in the tax field as well as ethics in which I have to abide by in my filed. In addition I have a Bachelors Degree in Financial Accounting.
