- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Quoting tax returns depends on the complexity of the return. I would not charge a client that has 1 W-2 that same that I would charge a client that has rental property, owns a home, etc. I am very fair and honest with my prices. I do not want to make a killing so to speak - just an honest living.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will let the client know of my experience, education, and let know what to expect. I am willing to answer any questions that they may have. I am very honest and people can notice that right away. The customer is very important and I make sure that they are treated as such.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As an Enrolled Agent (EA) I am required to take a minimum of 24 hours of continuing education each and every year. These hours include important changes in the tax field as well as ethics in which I have to abide by in my filed. In addition I have a Bachelors Degree in Financial Accounting.
