I scheduled 2 appointments to give me a quote for the project.
1st called him on his cell phone and texted him the address and agreed upon time. But he never showed up nor texted me stating that he would not.
So I texted him again, when he promised that he would stop by the next day. Again not a peep.
I gave up on calling him.
