- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with SoHo there are a few different ways that customers work with us. In some instances, clients already have plans and permits ready, and sometimes we handle that process all in house with our drafting and design team. Typically when plans are already made, we visit a potential clients home for an initial walkthrough. From there we have a meeting with them in our Solana Beach office and visit some of our local projects. Once our bid is approved, we are generally able to start within the next 2-3 months. When there are no plans currently made, we work with our clients on the design and permitting process with our in-house team, or introduce them to one of our design partners.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has a wide range of education/experience/training. This includes architectural design schooling, real estate development, interior design, drafting, property management, security systems, and mechanical engineering. We have a wide range of knowledge and experience on our team and we use those skills to help guide you through the construction process and make educated choices for your home.
