I had a great experience with the personal trainers. They really listened to my goals and my concerns and tailored the workout to fit. I have always been a little intimidated by the gym, but this was nothing like that. I can't wait to go back.

The Perfect Workout truly is perfect!! I thoughtthere is no way I could get results from working out 2 days a week for 30 minutes. After working out for two months at PW I have achieved noticeable results! No other workout or training program as ever been this effective. This is the perfect workout for me!

I've been training at the Perfect Workout for 2.5 years and cannot recommend it more. I wouldn't push myself the way I do without these trainers. I love that I'm in and out in 30 mins. The staff is friendly and professional; I actually look forward to lifting weights (never thought I'd say that!). And, I definitely see the results of my workouts in terms of improved shape and strength. My Dr suggested I slow train to maintain bone density. I'm glad I did!

My trainer was really smart and I learned a lot about weight lifting. I have always been intimidated by machines, but I felt really comfortable with him there explaining everything.

I have been doing The Perfect Workout now for about 4 yeas and it has completely changed the view on exercise and strength training. I was able to work around my shoulder injury, build strength, tone up and get leaner. Love the private one on one training and its only 30 mins!
