Introduction: As the owner of a flourishing multi-million dollar management consulting business, I have decades of experience running my own business while helping hundreds of small-medium sized businesses throughout the West increase their net profits while cutting costs and decreasing the headaches that often come with managing the business. I've worked with just about every industry. I recently had the opportunity to introduce cost control measures to a $700,000,000 construction company that was slowly losing profits as a result of not having the right management information systems. In working with any client, I first conduct a thorough survey analysis, The analysis reveals what's working and what needs to be changed, eliminated or introduced and that information paves the way to recommend a set of practices that are tailored to the size and scope of the business and have PROVEN TO WORK every time. These practices include cash flow projection systems, organization charts and job descriptions, quarterly and annual planning methods, sales planning and control methods and flexible budgeting systems, among others.
Many of the processes and practices I recommend to improve profitability and reduce costs will vary depending on the type and scope of the business. I enjoy applying tried and tested methods to a variety of businesses. It goes without saying that I have derived great satisfaction from helping save a business from bankruptcy or increasing a company's profitability or implementing organizational systems as well as applying sound management and leadership practices.
