FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most jobs are hourly, but I do have some that are a flat fee. I give discounts for weekly, bi-monthly and monthly, reoccurring clients. I also have a bonus referral program. Potential clients should also understand that quotes are just that, quotes. Further information can and will be discussed upon contact with the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prior to taking on a new client or being hired, I like to do a walk through of the job, if possible. If that's not possible, then talking on the phone can work. This gives the client and myself a chance to ask questions. The client needs to be clear on what they want and need. That way I can do the job they're expecting and paying for. I won't take on a job I don't think I can handle. A happy client, is a repeat client.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always had a passion for cleaning and organizing. After working over 30 years in the medical field, I decided it was time for a change. I wanted to continue to help people, but in a different way. Cleaning or helping a client organize their home, gives me great satisfaction. Especially when I can teach them things they may not know. Whether it be a cleaning tip or how to make their own natural cleaning product, having a satisfied client is what makes my job worth it.
