Introduction: My name is Martin, I started my wellness career as a Personal Trainer, from there I knew I wanted to do more to help people, more than just addressing (though important) physical issues. Following that vision, I pursued and obtained my certification as a Health Coach. I have since added Life Coaching and am excited to help people just like you to get all they can out of life. I realized I had faced some big challenges in life and I wanted to help others to overcome their challenges and to live their lives to the fullest. I work primarily with men. As men we face the world differently than women. Is this old-fashioned? Maybe, but that doesn’t make it wrong. We need someone we can relate to in a "man-to-man" sort of way. That said, I do have women who are clients as well. My passion is to help those who are feeling stuck to get unstuck and to move into an awesome life of love, joy, peace and fulfillment.

My son has been working out with Martin Straw as his coach for over a year and it has been such a positive and rewarding experience for my teen son. He has gained, strength, endurance, flexibility and so much confidence! I’m excited to see his continued growth! I’m thankful for Martin who keeps him focused and motivated to establish these exercise habits while he’s young!

Marty was approachable, thorough, accommodating, knowledgeable, and great to work with throughout our time together. He got a good grasp of our physical limitations due to injuries and health concerns and ran with them. My wife and I increased in flexibility and stamina whole losing weight.
