Introduction: Experience in almost all fields of investigations, I'm a woman's advocate. I speak, read and write fluent Spanish and handle many cases for seniors on a pro-bono bases (free) I always advise my potential clients how to get the informaton they seek FREE and if they don't want to try that, they can come back to me for investigation advise. I have never grown tired of the thrill of answering my phone. I never know if it's a case which requires me to travel or stake out some subject. Sometimes, I think I should have my head examined! I like "difficult and dangerous assignments !!!'

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee's are simple. Hourly rate is $65.00 per hour, Mileage rate is $.55 per mile Plus any out of pocket expenses necessary to the case. A retainer is required for all of my services. The retainer is based on the number of hours anticipated for each case. All searches are priced according to the difficulty to obtain the data.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always try and advise my new clients on "how to do the investigation themselves" No charge for this service. If they cannot do it or it is not prudent, then I am always averrable.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Former Chief Investigator for the city and county of San Francisco, as well as Chief Administrator for the District Attorney of San Joaquin county. Specializing in criminal and civil cases
