Richard Hugi Residential Design

Introduction: I believe in clean and innovative design solutions. I can provide active direction from the inception of concepts through the execution of craftsmanship. My multidisciplinary design process builds strong relationships to create trust and teamwork across the project team. I have an intensive, service and detail-oriented attitude focused on the evolving industry. My comprehensive approach to design and service begins with the creative concept and integrates modern contemporary qualities, the nature of materials and building systems throughout the project. I am a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Associates, working on my architectural review examination. A California native, I’ve earned my accredited five year NAAB bachelor of architecture, art and urban planning from the University of Illinois, Chicago. I’m also a master craftsman and have a strong passion for design and innovation, solid leadership with regard to the design strategy and execution. I take great pride in our attention to the concerns of the client and their budget. Listening to their desires and providing creative and affordable solutions to the program.
