- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First is meeting that potential cistumer, I feel that's is always talking face to face rather than try to explain and give quotes over the phone, like some techs do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked for roto-rooter plumbing for several years. I have worked onsite maintenance fifth apartments complex and condos. Have worked fixing pretty much any if not all household problems.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Did handy work for a number of years managing and maintaining units. So I decided to branch out on my own.
