I got an estimate over the app based on a video I sent of my leaky tub faucet. They came out the next day, within the window of time they estimated, and let me know when they were 30 mins away. The guy who arrived was super nice and professional, wore shoe covers to keep things clean, and worked efficiently. He replaced the spout and valve in less than an hour and it’s working perfectly now. Would definitely call them for future repairs.

I would absolutely hire LG again. Luis did an incredible, thorough job, identifying other repairs it would probably be worth doing while repairing the leak but not pushing those extra services- just providing useful information. Also switched out a faucet super quickly and showed us how to replace the filter ourselves. Thanks Luis!

I have met many plumbers and remodeled my house, but I always had a headache because of the plumbers and contractors who cheated. Most of them just took my money by cheating, and when another problem arose, they got angry and cut off contact. They built a shower room without waterproofing it, and they charged a lot of money by saying that they changed the water pipe in the closet when they didn't. that is repiping for whole house. but they did only downstair pipe. I didn't know much about plumbing so I couldn't argue with them in the beginning.they said that I walked through with them so they shouldn't have responsibility.However I just believed them. I didn't think they would cheat because a lot of review in thumtack. That's why the ceiling downstairs always got wet and had to be torn off several times. This person came right on time, noticed the toilet leak problem right away, and fixed the root cause. He changed three faucets, fixed the water pressure problem, and checked the P-trap for leaks. He took pictures of everything to keep evidence. I plan to continue calling this person if I have a plumbing problem in the future.
