FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and based on the size and details of each project. We like to walk the job first so we can give an honest estimate that reflects the real scope of work. If anything unexpected comes up once we start, like hidden damage or code issues, I’ll explain it clearly before moving forward. I’m currently offering an introductory discount for new clients as I continue building local trust and relationships.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by listening to what you need and what you’re hoping to accomplish. Once I see the site, I’ll put together a clear written estimate and schedule. I stay in touch through each step, explain what’s happening next, and make sure the final result is exactly what you pictured.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been learning construction since I was a kid, starting alongside my dad on job sites around Los Angeles. Even in high school, I took every trade class I could like wood shop, floor laying, tile installation, wallpaper hanging, and painting. Those early classes built my foundation, but working in the field with my dad taught me how to do things the right way.
