Introduction: Our work as a company stands out for a few reasons. Starting with our main backbone, our datacenter. We own and operate our very own datacenter. Moving over to our programs: We are 100% proprietary. We have been designing our own software since 1995. We base our web site tools/programs off of client feedback! If a client comes to us and would like to see an additional program installed on the Control Panel, we are fast at work designing, coding and installing. Once completed, we upload the program to the interface and allow every client to enjoy the benefits at no additional charge. Our Support - We do not outsource or use any 3rd party type of software. This means; If something goes wrong with a program (things do happen) we are the ones that fix the issue, right then and there. Clients will not need to wait for us to fill out a support ticket, wait a few days for a response, then we fix it! We would never dream of doing something like that to our clients. We like helping people and small businesses.

We have been with Kadzoom for years now. Happy with the service and support this company offers. The shopping cart offers us all that we need and then some. From wholesale prices, sale prices, discount codes, gift certificates and more. We do not have to bounce around to different services and can cover all aspects of our business with one company. The addition of the business card maker and invoice maker was simply genius as well as the simplicity of operating the back end. This company really does go out of the way to satisfy customers.

As a graphic designer I set all my clients up on the Kadzoom network. They have a excellent in house built interface, cart service and all the tools my clients need to update the website I have completed for them. I can't speak enough about the support staff, they are excellent. I feel 100% confident when I turn my clients websites over that Kadzoom will take great care of them.

We've recently (4 months ago) joined this service for the online shopping cart. We were looking for something easy to maintain that also included phone support. Yes, we are constantly educating ourselves with the currant trends that are taking place around ecommerce industry. Such as... Keeping updated with the latest SEO trends with all the major search engines. Working hard to design the latest programs for ecommerce web hosting that we can install in epanel for clients as well as keeping up with the rates for merchants accounts, dealing with merchants that offer the best rates possible for clients. Being in the web hosting industry is something we love...Why? because it changes daily.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We are programmers, so we decided to put our programs in action and offer them to customers that need e-commerce.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Our most common types of jobs...This would consist of Clients looking for a reasonable priced online shopping cart and or, clients looking for additional types of software in their Content Management System (CMS.) These are things that we create and install for every client to use.
