What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been on the trade since 2001 with the following. General Contractor License since 2010. Certified Home Inspector. EPA-RRP (renovation, repair & painting) certified professional.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started as a handyman in a property management company. I gained experience with coworkers & supervisors. After couple years i was choose to be the leader of 12 technician to complete a 100 units rehab (Complete Interior Remodel). We completely demolish all interior of the apartments (removing kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, drywall, etc) pretty much making them look brand new. That was when i felt in love of what i do now days...
