Excellent experience--I think that my case was perhaps on the more complex side than Mr. Yelnick's other clients, but things went smoothly, thank goodness. Tip for others: come prepared to your consultation with a list of questions, because the attorney is able and willing to answer them all. Our meetings went well because I always knew what questions I wanted to ask and Mr. Yelnick was very helpful. I'd say the quality of effort and work was higher than I expected; we met over the course of about 8 months. My only annoyance was it was a bit tricky to both find the building and the office, but once I did it was easy. Immigration can be difficult with many facets and variables, but once you have someone on your side who knows and understands, you feel a deep sigh of relief. This attorney is also a funny guy! Recommended. I will need to refer my aunt to him soon and will do so with confidence.

I have used Mr. Yelnik's services in immigration law on several occasions, first about 20-25 years ago. I am amazed at the breadth of knowledge in different types of matters. Very experienced. Easy to reach/quickly responsive. Provides options and explains choices understandably. Stays on top of new developments.

I just did a Google search for an immigration and naturalization attorney, since none of my friends ever had immigration problems. In one consultation, we handled three different cases; I hired Mr. Yelnick for two; for the other, he sent me a link so I could handle it myself. He always got back to me by email right away, if only to say that he would write more fully later that day or tomorrow or had to check into something. Mr. Yelnick assessed the likelihood of success for both matters; one was quite iffy. Very satisfied.

Very friendly from the first phone call. Mr Yelnick offered to come to my office the next time he would be in the area. He has been doing immigration law a long time and it shows: he said a couple of times "What sometimes can happen..." about things that other lawyers knew nothing. He got my job done successfully and quickly and a bit under his estimate. The assistant he had when he did my case has an accent and speaks a bit too fast.
