My daughter and I had an amazing experience working with Events by Litsa! She responded to my request within 15 min. She helped us put together the perfect floral arrangements for my daughter’s engagement party with only one week’s notice (truly a lifesaver for a last-minute request.)
Communication was clear, quick, and so professional. She called my daughter exactly on time to walk through her color preferences and talked her through what flowers were and weren’t in season. If something wasn’t available, she immediately suggested beautiful alternatives that had the same look and feel.
Within 15 minutes of our call, she sent over a super helpful infographic with photos of each flower, the names, and the exact color palette she planned to use so my daughter could easily review and approve. Pick-up on the day of the event was seamless, and the flowers were absolutely stunning, even better than we could’ve imagined.

Amazing! Nicole was so easy to work with and helped me put together the perfect bouquet for my wedding. I told her the colors I wanted and the vision I had and she made everything better than I expected! She not only did the bridal bouquets but also the flower arrangements for the center pieces and the sweetheart table. She also had flowers for the cake and did the boutonnieres for the groom and the groomsmen. She delivered everything on time and the flowers looked perfect!

My bridal bouquet was perfection! I travelled to San Francisco from out of town to get married, so I didn’t have any referrals. I reached out to a few florists I was interested in and Litsa easily stood out as she was responsive and walked me through options for flowers available—she even offered alternatives to my out of season selections to lower my cost. I was born into to it, so I was kind of stuck with it. I love it though.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask questions and provide as much information as possible: type of flowers, bouquet sizes, etc. This helps plan better.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I put my full heart and soul in every bouquet or floral arrangement I put together.
