I reached out to Michael as my home heating was not working during a very cold winter, and he was prompt with the initial diagnosis that I needed to replace my entire system (it was very old and poorly installed which could have resulted in even more issues). He ended up installing a brand new furnace, replaced the ducts, and added a new Nest thermostat. I am very grateful for his quick and efficient service!
