- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I often include a blowout with each service- that is not a la carte. There are no hidden fees- and I like to be very honest and up front when it comes to prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have at least a minimum 15 minute face to face conversation first. There’s a lot you can pick up over the phone, or by sending pics- but I often find it’s a whole other dynamic in person that often changes the course of the service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education is constant and ongoing.
